The position is elevated — which is what makes the view possible, and what makes the pool photograph the way it does. The pool appears to float above the lake. The terrace looks directly across the water to Monte Isola and the mountains opposite.
The house is spread across a compact, well-organised interior. Two bedrooms: one double, one with bunk beds — a setup that works for two couples, for families with children, or for a group of four adults who appreciate separate sleeping arrangements. One bathroom with a washing machine. The living area is bright, with large sliding doors that open onto the private garden. The kitchen is well equipped.
The private garden is fenced and directly adjacent to the shared infinity pool — guests with the garden can access the pool without going through the building. The garden has a terrace with table, chairs and parasol. A second terrace is accessible from inside.
Underground garage accessed by a dedicated lift from the parking level. No stairs required between car and apartment.
