Italian Vacation Homes was not born as a “hospitality project”, but as the natural evolution of a personal journey.
Luigi’s professional background includes years spent in roles where precision, accountability and calm decision-making were not optional. He worked in operational environments where mistakes had real consequences, including public service roles that required discipline, reliability and constant attention to people and procedures.
Later, he moved into property and asset management, working directly with international clients and investors, where expectations were clear: accuracy, transparency and follow-through.
Italian Vacation Homes was created to bring that same approach to hospitality on Lake Iseo.
Not just welcoming guests, but taking full responsibility for their experience — from the moment they book to the moment they leave.
Today, Luigi personally oversees standards, processes and guest experience, ensuring that every stay is handled with care, clarity and responsibility — not improvisation.

Italian Vacation Homes operates with a dedicated local team that coordinates check-in and check-out, cleaning and home preparation, routine maintenance, and guest support.
This allows us to keep full control over quality, consistency, and responsiveness.
We collaborate with selected external professionals for architecture and interior restyling, but all guest-facing operations remain directly supervised. No outsourcing of responsibility. No hand-offs when things matter most.
