The view, the terrace, the garage, the garden.
Longol takes its name from the local dialect — “lungo”, elongated — after the shape of the land on which the house stands, in the hamlet of Zorzino above Riva di Solto. The name matters because the house is genuinely embedded in place. It is not a generic rental unit. It has a history, a character and a view that guests have been trying to describe in words for three years without quite managing it.
The living area is large and very bright, anchored by floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors that open directly onto the terrace. Lake Iseo and Monte Isola fill the view. The terrace is furnished for outdoor meals — and guests use it for every meal they can, breakfast through dinner and well into the evening. The kitchen is well equipped: oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, moka coffee machine.
Two large double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine complete the house. The private garage is enormous — guests have parked two SUVs and two motorcycles simultaneously. The enclosed garden is the ideal space for pets and for anyone who wants outdoor space that is genuinely private.
“We were alone in a spacious apartment with two bedrooms, a large terrace with lake view and a garden where we could let the dogs out. The garage for two cars.” — Teresa, Italy · Booking.com 10/10 · July 2025
“In real life the house is significantly larger than it looks in the photos. The view is stunning. In the garage there was room for two SUVs and two motorcycles — it’s very large.” — Marco, Germany · Booking.com 9/10 · August 2025
