The space

Everything is new. The view is timeless.

Iseo Lake Vista Retreat is positioned above Tavernola Bergamasca, on the western shore of Lake Iseo. It is elevated enough to open onto the lake, Monte Isola and the surrounding mountains, while keeping the village and the water within a short drive.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a bright living and dining area. It is modern, well maintained and fully equipped. Coffee, spices, salt and pepper are available on arrival.

Shutters keep the rooms dark at night, while mosquito nets are fitted to the windows and doors. Split air conditioning is available; thanks to the hillside position and natural ventilation, many guests use it only occasionally.

The indoor wood-burning fireplace makes the home especially enjoyable in autumn and winter.

The panoramic terrace is the heart of the home. It is large, equipped with an electric awning, a fixed concrete barbecue and a swing, and becomes a second living area in warm weather.

The shared pool is on the same level as the apartment, so it can be reached directly from the terrace area. It is seasonal and subject to the residence’s opening times.

One more thing

The road is part of the experience

The final stretch of the road is narrow and steep, typical of hillside locations around the lake. It is manageable by car, and a smaller car is easier. Walking this stretch is challenging.

A car is therefore strongly recommended for reaching the lakefront, restaurants and local services. The private garage is included.
