A staircase leads to the loft — a sleeping area with a double bed under windows looking directly at Lake Iseo. The loft is open to the floor below rather than being a separate enclosed bedroom. The full bathroom is on this level. A second terrace — the upper one — is accessed from here.
The shared pool is large, well maintained and frequently empty. Several guests mention having it entirely to themselves. It is available in season. The underground garage includes a wallbox for electric vehicle charging — rare for a Lake Iseo rental.
The apartment is smart-home equipped, with air conditioning via split units for year-round comfort.
