Predore is a compact, authentic lakeside village on the southern shore of Lake Iseo. The apartment sits at Piazza Vecchia Filanda 8, in the centre of the village — with a grocery shop in the building and restaurants within five minutes on foot. The lakefront is at the end of the street. A boat rental company is a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment itself is 80 square metres: spacious for four guests, with a living area, separate dining space, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is newly fitted and fully equipped. Guests mention it specifically and consistently. Air conditioning throughout. Elevator in the building. Private garage included.

The highlight

The Terrace. And a Village You Can Actually Walk.

Guests come back to two things: the terrace and the location.

The terrace faces the lake. It’s large — guests use the word “incredible” and “enormous.” Breakfast there changes the start of the day. Aperitivo from that view changes the whole rhythm of the holiday.

Below the terrace: the village. Predore is a real working village, not a resort. Bars, restaurants, the lakefront path, the grocery store — all without needing a key fob for the car. For a family, or two couples with different rhythms, this removes the coordination overhead that makes other lake apartments feel like a logistics operation.

The rear garden has a barbecue. The building has a garden area. For evenings when the terrace view isn’t enough, dinner outside is an option in both directions.

Insider Note: Predore Is Still Under the Radar.

Lake Iseo is already quieter than Garda and Como. Predore is quieter still — a working village rather than a resort town, without the crowds that gather in Iseo town or at Sarnico in summer.

This means the lakefront path in the morning is genuinely peaceful. The ferry to Monte Isola leaves from Sulzano, 15 minutes by car — but there’s also a direct connection from Sarnico, 10 minutes south, which most guests don’t know about.

IVH Insider Tip: The cycling path that runs along the southern shore passes directly through Predore. It connects Sarnico to the south with Tavernola and beyond to the north. For guests who hire bikes for a day, this is one of the best flat lake rides in Lombardy, with views across to Monte Isola the entire way. Our team provides the full itinerary before arrival.
